What are most effective remedies for HBP?

Postby violet77 » Thu Dec 10, 2009 1:42 pm

Firstly, sometimes I post my message and forget to check back to find out if somebody answered my question or not, therefore I apologize to people who took their time and answered my question in the past.

Secondly, raw sweet onion, raw garlic, kombu. lemon, celery, and many fruits and vegetables are effective to lower blood pressure.
When I was doing research on kombu tablet, there are tons of articles written about this tablet made of sea weed.
How can we find best pure kombu tablet do you think?
I am asking because there are so many different kinds of kombu tables and I am confused which one is best.
Do you know other effective remedy for high blood pressure?
My blood pressure is some times 115 over 75 but other times 160 over 85.
Sevetal times, in this year, I had BP of 200 over 85.
Good thing my BP doesn't stay this much high.
My average BP is about 140 over 75.

I'm definitely not going to try to give you some advice myself.
I went straight to our vegan doctors, PCRM.
They have this High Blood Pressure fact sheet.
I hope there's something on there that will help you.

There is also a good link on John McDougall's site. Check here.

Thank you for taking your time to reply.
Yes, PCRM is trust worthy organization and not just doing research to enhance health of people but this organization is great organization for helpting millions of animals by abolishing animal labs and promoting vegan foods for children and people of all ages.
I don't give donation every month but when I give to PCRM, my donation is more than they suggest me to give.
