The reason why I love many articles in link above is because sickening heart breaking farm animals cruelty is exposed and not all articles are written about just benefit of vegan diet.
Benefit of vegan diet need to be publicized widely but it is also important for us to expose unimaginable torture and cruel slaughter of billions of farm animals to make re-think meat,dairy, egg, eters about their food choice.
I was bragging about my perfect health for long time but lately, I start suffering from high BP(blood pressure) and start doing intense research of lowering BP.
My highest BP was 180/90 and lowest was 114/75 but usually much higher than 150/80.
I had no idea why I have BP knowing I never eat meat, dairy, eggs and my diet is consist of fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, nuts and seeds.
Only thing I can think of is my father and mother had high BP and they both suffered from stroke and paralized.
