I am like most people on this forum and I get so disgusted to see recipes using cow flesh, pig flesh, chicken flesh and dairy/eggs.

God who made us knows best that is why HE gave us fruits, vegetable, and grains to eat.
I ordered cook book titled 'The Daniel's Fast Cook Book' by GraceBass publishing co and sold by Joycesmith books on Amazon.com
Didn't Daniel proved vegan diet is superier compared to meat based diet in Bible?
Yes, I am sure he did!

Did you read what admini is saying?
It is waste of our time to read but you will laugh.
Here is what he said.

<<It’s very sad to say, but some vegans can look in a mirror every day and yet never see the scrawny, unhealthy, unhappy, judgmental, and miserable creature staring back at them with eyes the size of half dollars and bags under those eyes as black as coal.

I’ve known and corresponded with far too many vegans since 1993 who lost their energy, lost their zest for life, lost teeth, looked anorectic, had strokes and blood pressure problems requiring prescription medication, and had serious mental problems develop because they were missing so many nutritional factors only available in foods from the animal kingdom.

Denying that human beings are opportunistic omnivores who need clean foods from both plant and animal kingdoms is to deny reality, something Einstein allegedly pointed out in a lecture on why he hadn’t yet gone 100% vegan at Princeton in the early 50’s.>>

What kind of nonsense!
It is laughable.

Guess what?
When I tried to log in, message of << Oooops...Where did you get such a link ?
The Server tried all of its options before returning this page.
Are you sure you spelled the link correctly ? You may want to search through our Archives and find what you are looking far.>>
He doesn't want me to log in knowing I already posted pro vegan message last night and he deleted.

If vegans get sufficiency it's because we keep adapting to a world gone mad , a world based on greed stress, having to achieve, and waste of energy with intensive 'having to sport', things i believe are based upon the animals products use to begin with.
It's a bit like what Gandhi said "There's enough for everybody's need, but not for everybody's greed, read": we get enough energy, vitamins minerals etc, to do our normal daily things but not to waste it on useless things.

And of cause there are always some who just eat unhealthy lot of sweets etc. or some who go to far as there are fruitariëns.

As vegans we should not be to proud to take vegan food supplements since we have to live in the world as it is. it;s still better then to hurt other creatures to get to nutritions, besides it creates more ethical jobs to create new cruelty free food supplements.while it's still needed. omnivores do too.
to go it short

Have the guts to go vegan!

There are so many websites and blogs that say stupid things about vegansim that the only conclusion you can come to is they must be sponsored by the meat and dairy industries. They fear that people will find out how healthy vegansim is and how much the world needs it.
