the animal liberation movement since 1989 and has worked as an activist,
educator, and organizer. Melanie has written countless articles and been interviewed for magazines, radio and television and is also the author of "Why we Love Dogs, Eat Pigs and Wear Cows: An Introduction to Carnism"
